It's lovingly harvested and blended herbs from my garden. This is my version of a healthy Mrs. Dash.  During summer, I use Basil, Thyme, Oregano, Marjoram, Cayenne, Garlic Chives, Garlic granules, toasted Sesame seeds, Spirulina, Dulse powder, and nutritional yeast.  In the winter, I substitute Cilantro for Basil.
