Take an informative and enjoyable field trip to the beautiful gardens at the Austin School of Herbal Studies. Owner and Founder, Ellen Zimmermann, M.A., Certified Herbalist, will host your group, society or organization at the home and gardens of EZ Herbs/ Austin School of Herbal Studies. Your group will tour the garden, enjoy homemade, delicious herbal goodies and learn about the practical, culinary and medicinal uses of herbs.

Ellen will customize a presentation to fit the interests and needs of your members. She can offer a variety of lively, informative presentations on a variety of herbal topics.

Herbal First Aid
Your customized presentation

Enjoy a narrated garden tour, relaxing on the deck and patio and partaking in healthy, freshly made herbal teas and delicious, homemade pastries and snacks prepared with fresh herbs from my garden.

A nominal fee of $18.00 per person includes it all. A minimum of 20 guests is required and a deposit of $75.00 will hold your date. We can also offer chair massage, reflexology treatments and/or a short Yoga class for a minimal extra charge. Fresh, handmade herbal products from EZ Herbs will be available for purchase.
